Returns

A return shipment must always be reported in writing, by email (info@jaapcowoofwear.com). Items can be returned within 14 days after the purchase date, provided they are unused, undamaged, all labels are still attached and packed in the original packaging. After written notification of your return shipment, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt. The costs for the return shipment are for the account of the customer.

1. Handmade items and toys cannot be returned, credited or exchanged.

2. If you received a gift with your order, please note the following: The gift must always be returned. If you received multiple gifts, these gifts must all be returned. If the gift is not included, we will deduct € 15.00 per gift from the amount to be credited.
