How do I know which size to order?
To determine the right size it is important to measure your dog. Always make sure there is at least two fingers space between them.

Are the products strong enough for my dog?
Yes, our products are designed for daily use and tested for strength and durability. We use high-quality materials and strong fasteners, so that our accessories can withstand active dogs. Please note that no product is indestructible. Check regularly for wear and tear and replace if necessary.
How do I wash the walk-wear line?
We recommend always washing these by hand in lukewarm water with mild soap. Dry the hardware immediately with a soft cloth and let the product dry. This will cause the least damage to the hardware. Please note! Do not let it dry in the sun when your dog has been swimming in the water outside. This will seriously damage the walk-wear line.
If you want to wash it in the washing machine, never do this at more than 30 degrees. Hand washing is preferred to maintain the quality.
Please note: the products/hardware must not be ironed.
How do I keep the hardware looking nice?
Metal and hard plastic hardware will scratch over time. To minimize the amount of scratching and prevent major damage, we recommend not wearing large tags on the collar or harness. Only wash the products by hand. We also recommend taking the products off when swimming or playing rough. This way they will stay beautiful for the longest time. If you do this, scratches can occur over time.

I have not received an order confirmation
It is possible that the order confirmation ended up in your e-mail spam folder. If you still have not received an order confirmation, please contact us.
How long does it take before I receive my order?
Ordered on workdays before 6:00 PM = shipped the same day.
All our products are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands, this allows us to offer lightning fast shipping times. Shipping time depends on the country you are shipping to.
Can I track my order?
This is possible. After we have brought your order to the post office, you will receive a track & trace code, so you know when you can expect your order.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
Shipping costs for the Netherlands are €5.95. For Belgium and Germany the shipping costs are €7.95. Shipping is free for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany above €75.00.
Shipping costs rest of Europe
Shipping with Track & Trace code: € 19.95. This means that your package can be tracked and insured.
*For orders to Switzerland and Norway, local import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by local customs upon delivery.

Can I return my order?
A return must always be made in writing, by email (info@jaapcowoofwear.com)
to be registered. Items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date, provided they are unused, undamaged, have all labels attached and are in the original packaging. After written notification of your return, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt.

Can I exchange my order?
It can of course happen that despite measuring your dog, the size is not right. Do you want to exchange your product for a different size? Send us an email via the contact form. Please state your order number and which product you want to exchange. Costs for returning the current order are for your own account.
Are there any costs associated with returns?
The costs of returning are for your own account. In the event that a wrong product has been delivered or it does not function properly, we will pay the return costs.
