Ordered on workdays before 18:00, shipped the same day. You will receive a PostNL track & trace by email, so you can track the status yourself.

Shipping costs Netherlands, Belgium and Germany

Shipping costs for the Netherlands are €5.95. For Belgium and Germany the shipping costs are €7.95. Shipping is free for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany above €75.00.

If the package is not collected at the PostNL collection point and/or
If it is returned to Jaap & Co – Woof Wear, the return costs (€8.95) will apply.
at the customer's expense. If the package has to be sent again, these costs (€8.95) are also at the customer's expense.

If you want your shipment to be sent by registered mail within the Netherlands, please contact us. If not, we will assume that you only want your package to be delivered with a Track & Trace code.

Shipping costs rest of Europe

Shipping with Track & Trace code: € 19.95. This means
that your package can be tracked and insured. If your package is lost,
PostNL will start an investigation. If the package is definitely reported missing
declared by PostNL, the costs of the goods (excluding
shipping costs) reimbursed by Jaap & Co – Woof Wear.

For orders to Switzerland and Norway,
local import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are for
the customer and may be charged by local customs upon delivery.

Recognizable shipping

All our products are shipped in a brown box with a sticker with the Jaap & Co logo.

Pick up products

We do not have a physical store or showroom so products cannot be picked up. We only work with shipping.
