1.1. We strive to make you happy with your purchases from Jaap & Co - Woofwear. However, if for any reason you are not happy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product in accordance with the terms of our returns policy .

  • We will refund the purchase price of the returned product to the original payment method you used for your order.

2.2. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Please note that the processing time of your bank or credit card company may vary and we have no control over the speed of the refund.
